Pioneer 12 inch enclosed sub

Hi i have been reading this forum for quite some time and i have saved some money and want to upgrade my sound system. I have a 06 Double cab and I want to get some "bump" to my taco. I have searched and found nothing on this product. I was wondering if anyone knows if it will fit in the area behind the back seat? I am aware that i will have to take out the plastic behind the seat. Also, I was wondering if anyone could shed some light on if this subwoofer is any good?

Theres a few guys around here who are using the Rockford Fosgate equivalent...which I think gets better reviews. I actually listened to one and liked it, and it fits without much modding if you remove or cut the plastic backing in the double cab. Here is a thread with some pics of one in use...
