I have an 05 v6 DCSB. I installed an Icon Progressive 3 leaf pack in the rear and only gained .75 inches on my drivers side and 1 inch on the passenger side. I added them to new spring packs from my frame replacement and have only had them on for about 500 miles... I left the overload out and im not sure why my numbers are so low... I was hoping for 1.5 inches as advertised. Everything is installed correctly as you can see, but these numbers are way too low. Has everyone else got the 1.5 out of their 3 leaf packs (Icon, wheelers etc..)? My measurements are 22.75" and 23" from hub to lower fender. My stock height after frame replacement was 22" hub to fender.

I have a 2007 with stock leafy pack with the icon progressive without overload. I'll get numbers soon.

If you want more lift you could always put the overload back in

Ok thanks for checking for me.

I plan on putting the overload in, but even then I will only gain a little less than half an inch... Im mad because my 884's gave me too much lift and the icons didnt give me enough. I emailed Icon with pics and they are getting back to me about sending me a new pack.

I installed the Icon aal on my 2012 with 2+overload factory pack. I got the advertised height. I have a 1/2" rake, with the Icons up front. I'll give you some figures when the rain stops.

I had 2 inches with my overload.

I assume you don't have a shell or heavy rear bumper? The 1.5" estimate is on a stock truck with no additional weight.

My 225 lb shell took almost a full inch of lift away with this setup which is why I went from the 3 leaf AAL to Dakars.

    Definitely unusual.

Some guys get significantly less than advertised and a few get significantly more.

Those leafs are manufactured by Deaver, FWIW, not Icon. So they'll likely not be able to tell you much as they don't have them made to a specific Icon spec or anything. Icon/ToyTec/Wheelers/Headstronf all use the same manufacturer and specs and just slap their own sticker on them.

I'm not sure how much help my measurements are going to be since I have a 2-leaf set with no overload and a 3-leaf AAL without the smallest leaf(so 4-leaf total, no overload)and I'm at 22.5" from center of hub to fender.

    No added weight.

How does your truck ride with this set up? I bought an icon stage 3 lift and dispise rake. I'd like to sit level or have the front a smidge higher than the rear.

I prefer it. The ride was too harsh for my liking. I feel like the valving in the Icon 2.0 rears are too aggressive. This combo seems like a much better match to me. I don't carry heavy loads in my plastic bed so I'm not worried about payload or tongue weight.

I have about 50 miles on brand new TSB leafs with brand new Wheeler 3 leaf progressive and the factory overload. I'll try to get some measurements for you tomorrow but off the top of my head it's around 23.5".

Eyeballing it with a tape measure from the center of the hub to the fender is roughly 23.5". TSB leaf pack and Wheelers 3 leaf for a total of 7 leaves in the pack.

Ok, so you only got 1.5 inches WITH the overload and tsb... I guess im not that far off on my passenger side if i put my overload in, but will still be 1/4 low cause the overload is just under 1/2 inch. thanks

The overload will add more than just 1/2" height because it prevents the rest of the pack from drooping as much. Same reason a single lift leaf can give a 2" lift without being 2" thick, just a much stiffer ride because you lose flexibility in the leaf pack.

I hope your right if i decide to throw it in there instead of lowering the front. It rides so good front and back, im afraid of changing anything and never getting it like the way it is again. I just cant take the level look, its 1/2 inch higher in the back now but looks dead even. I like having some rake especially when i put my topper on...
