What would the best type of headers I could run on my truck? And would there be any welding needed to be done? I heard with long tubes no welding but with short ones there would be

It would be a 'header' if you've got a 2.7L.

I have the LCE header for the 2TR 2.7L. Single best upgrade for the money.

LCE is hands down the best at headers for gains/quality. They know Toyota's. Also are direct bolt on to mid pipe for 2005+. No welding needed.
