    I used to walk for grouse up there. I never realized that there was game up there other than black bear.

    Decided to hit up Sultan Basin Road with the kids.. got to see some snow this year finally. Ended up pulling out a stuck Honda Odyssey. Poor dude was soaked. He was digging himself out for hours.

    made it to Moab today. almost had to stop driving in SW colorado due to ice/snow on the roads. slid a couple times (GMC acadia, front wheel drive pulling a 5x12' uhaul trailer with 2 huskies....full load). couldnt risk an accident but we ended up making it safely. now watching weather to see if we can make it to Elko NV tomorrow. the trip today (tucumcari, NM to Moab, UT) should have been 8 hours, took 11. over 500 miles...and this is day 4 of 7. I crossed the 2000 mile mark today, in 4 days. its been very long driving days haha

    hope everyone had a merry christmas!
