Looks like I will be doing a LOT of reading for a while to catch up on this thread. Most people on here know me as the Go=To guy for the wheel bearings, or the electrical upgrade guy, or as an Auto tech guy. Not many I guess know that I am an internationally published photographer as well. Never even really knew this thread existed until recently. To be honest I didn't think of too much on TW except for Tacoma's and technical work. I am excited to check out this thread and talk with all the other photogs, both professional and amateur!

Currently I am shooting Glamour photography, as well as automotive photography, and light-painting. Below I am posting a little bit of my work.

As for gear, I shoot natural light, on as well as off camera flash (speedlights) and I also do a lot of strobe work and special effects lighting, so I have a wide variety of equipment. I do shoot with a Canon, and no, you will not convert me to Nikon (lmao). I have shot glamour, fashion, boudoir, exotic, as far as models. I did nature photography for years. (Sadly I had my entire backup deleted several years ago of my nature work)

I think the later published copies are a better read as they rewrote it and added a sense humor, like the ground speed check. The first copy is really just a documentary but still interesting and worth reading!

What's everyone's plan for New Years? Anyone going for some firework shots? Hoping the weather is good here!

 

either staying home and laying low, or going to see the China Cats, a Grateful Dead cover band, do a 3-set NYE show at a local tavern, Don Quixotes in Felton. first set is acoustic, 2nd and 3rd electric, we'll probably bail early, old farts that we are.

 

Going to be in Atlanta with friends having a BLAST!
