Per your posts, it didn't fail at 3 years. It failed at 6 months which you then tried to fix with silicone.

All you're doing now is hurting your credibility and standing the more you rant.

What more can you ask of in the world of customer service?
"You're two years past our warranty, but you're relatively local, couple hour drive? Bring them down, we will take care of that for you at no charge!" Did I paraphrase that well enough?

We get it, you're pissed off because the seal "failed" how long did fixing it take? An hour or two? Either take up BFC on their offer to fix your lights, or do it yourself and continue on with life. It isn't the end of the world.
