Hi everyone. I just picked up my 2017 Pro M/T (loving it...had to drive it 1600 miles home in a day and half so I got very well acquainted lol.)

Anyway, I'm cap shopping and wanted to know if people who deal with city parking garages a lot have trouble with the Leer 180 vs a standard cab height cap. I park in a low garage at work (6'6") and have seen a few vehicles scrape in the past. By the specs I think the 180 on a Pro would put you at about 6'4" (stock tires) but would welcome input.

    Cheers.

I'm looking at a similar cap and hadn't thought about this before.

@Crom might have an idea..... even though he is a 2nd Gen, his truck is nicely rigged out and might have some input.

I don't have to deal with parking garages ever, so can't comment there.

My rig is lifted, with ARE MX shell. On occasion when I go through a fast food drive through, the worst that happens is my ham radio antenna drags / hits something which is no bother at all.

I have my 180 installed now, I will try to get a measurement tomorrow.
