recently my 4wd has been acting up, both the front ADD actuator and transfer case actuator struggle. Mainly because the vent nipples are broken off and salt gets in during the winter. Instead of spending hundreds on new actuators I would like a manually operated cable system. Is there anybody out there that manufactures a product like this?

You could always convert to a manual hubs set up. Get rid of the vacuum operated add crap, and use a hose clamp to keep the front diff in 4x4 permanently. Then, the manual hubs and the transfer case control 4x4.
