First a little background: Bone Stock 2WD Pre Runner with 120K Miles!

After 120K of miles, the factory shocks are shot. I'm looking at upgrading instead of just replacing. This lead me to a set of Bilstein 5100's...here's the question: Would you suggest that I replace the springs as well? I've seen TOYOTEC springs for pretty cheap, would the combination work well together? Should I just buy a whole new coil over setup instead?

Also, about the rear...I like the pre runner look and prefer not to lift the rear. If I just slap in a new set of Bilstein 5100's in the rear, do I need a block, or add a leaf, anything?

Links and product suggestions would be much appreciated.
