Rattling noise when stopped in drive.

I have a noise when stopped in drive coming from under dcsb tacoma. Only really notice it when at fast food window. Any one have idea. Sounds like exhaust system loose. Goes away when in neutral. Going to get under today with wife behind the wheel. I will make shore she is in a good mood first lol.

 

I've seen several people mention a rattling noise when they are at a drive thru window and that turned out to be the cleaning cycle of the injectors. But I don't think that would go away in neutral. I'm not sure what else it could be. Did you crawl under it and find anything?

 

I went wheeling and a tiny rock got stuck under one of the exhaust shields. Took me forever to find that fucker. Had to use a high pressure water hose to get it out of there

 

I'd suggest you check the heat shields around the Cats...!! Might be loose or broken..!
