Might be wise to get a socket wrench with some good leverage! I would loosen those very SLOWLY.

You might spray a good amount of pb blaster down the holes and let it sit. Should be exposed threads so it will work its way around, burning off a little pb with new plugs wnot be an issue.

I'll be taking it to a shop. It really slippedoes my mind. I've never had any issues with the truck besides wheel bearings. I had my U joints done at around 190k and I've towed alot with this truck

    I change oil every 5k.

I don't drive the truck as much but on a Cold start it makes a tin sound.

I decided not mess with it and just take it to a shop. They are really in there

I'll be taking it to a shop. I don't want to risk breaking one.

I've got the plugs just never got around to it till now.

    oh I know

    Exactly what I'll be doing

That's what I thought. I didn't think I'd be getting lectured on how to maintain my truck on here

I took one wrench to them and decided not to do it myself. I do not want to break one.

Was being a wee bit sarcastic about the oil.

If you don't have a CEL, the cats could be holding out OK

Ask that the shop removes the plugs with the engine warm. The aluminum heads will be ever-so-slightly expanded, making removal a bit easier.
