2016 Tacoma
SR grille (I took off my OR grille for the SR that I got off CL)
The original Tacoma badge is hollow (I'll post a pic later) that this post fits into.
I'll see if the OR badge is similar.


Is it possible this is a early or late manufacturing change?

 

I'm certain it's a manufacturing change.
The grille I used to make the emblem didn't have that feature.

Well, it's a good thing I'm finding this out so I can change the emblems from now on.

So I came home from work and i look under my tree and saw a box...

Santa visited me early so i desided to open up early. Inside was this amazing gift.... And so I thank ye Santa Andres for this christmas gift that was worth the wait in his workshop.

You I cannot thank enough Andres . If anyone here is second guessing on this awesome product...stop right now cause it is well worth the wait if you have too.

Finally warmed up just enough to brave the weather and put them on.
The only issue I ran into was the lower screw hole did not line up enough for me to put the bolt in
otherwise awesome as always, thanks @Andres

No problems, even with only 3 bolts that is on there really well, and the quality is top notch as always!

Has anyone tried these on a 2015 Highlander? I'm thinking of sneaking it on my wife's car. She always complemented them on my truck.

 

I believe it has the same grille as a Tundra of the same year but can't be sure.

I think I'm gonna end up cutting and staining a piece of wood and mounting mine on the wall.

Too nice of a piece to get rid of, but no place on the truck. Amazing product mate!
