What do you use to wash them? I'm trying to get a basic setup going. I have the set my wife's grandparents gifted me but now it looks like I need a bucket and then some microfiber towels.

There's a detailing forum here you can check out. I use Meguiar's soap - available at Walmart - a microfiber mitt and microfiber towel - also from Wallyworld.

I picked up some cheap small microfiber clothes for cleaning the wheels, mudflaps, door sills etc. Some use two buckets - one for wash and one to rinse the mitt before dipping back in the wash bucket.

 Hoping I don't get a call from my client tonight, every time I take a roof off, it rains.

Perfect, thanks man. Do you have a link for the microfiber mitt and towel? Or would any with decent reviews do?

Got a pretty hood leak over my bedroom.

Been trying to get insurance to help with the costs but it's not looking good.

Who knows, maybe more hail damage tonight...

No, it was a standard mitt. The towel is black on one side and gray on the other if that makes a difference. I could actually use two to keep the streakage to a minimum.

I also use some window-specific towels that have nap on one side and a cloth-like finish on the other. That and Invisible Glass and you should be good to go.

If you really want to make a difference do a claybar and polish. Finish with some good wax. I use Turtlewax Liquid Ice.
