2011 Tacoma Quad Cab SR5

My daughter has a 2007 Nissan Maxima with an aftermarket NISMO Air Intake. The item in the picture circled has broken off at the arrow. The hose clamp and broken section is still attached to the intake tube coming from the filter. The double cone shaped part appears to have a foam insert.

Question is, what the heck is that part called and is it replaceable?
