Very nice find. $13k is a pretty good price for 1 owner with only 125k miles.

Ok some people seem to think lifting is is a shame. Is that because you are conservative or is it because there are some negatives to doing a lift. Im open to suggestions actually. I def dont like the wheels so they have to go and I think a lift just makes it look a lot tougher. But again im open to opinions. Yes the original owner def babied the thing and he let it go really cheap too.

Actually, most people here do lift their trucks. There is a huge off-roading community here on the forum.

However, the most clearance you'll get for off-roading is a 3" lift and bigger tires (usually 33"s sometimes 35"s). A 6" drop bracket lift will actually give you no extra clearance but will give a little more space for tires.

There are usually some negatives after lifting. The main one is vibrations, but not everyone gets them, and they can be fixed. Other negatives include and MPG and power loss but that's to be expected with a lift and bigger tires.

Good luck around here, there's tons of info.

Thank you and yes here we go on the search for info and knowledge. Time to sponge it up.
I posted a couple photos of trucks that IMO looks pretty damn sweet. Can anyone tell me the stats on something like this. Tire size, lift info etc etc

Look into 3" lift kits, Pro Comp, rancho, old man emu, etc.. 33" tires usually max size without having to trim inner fender wells. Then your choice of wheel size, if you want bigger wheels it's just more money, run 17x9 or up to 20x10 depending on the look you're going for. Good luck in deciding, there's every which direction to go on this forum. Nice purchase btw!

6'' lifts on this site are often referred to as "drop bracket" or "DB" lifts So searching for those may help you in your quest for knowledge...May also be reffered to as "Douche-Bag" lifts by some :)

My truck came with a 6" pro-comp DB lift, I would not have bought it myself, but it looks ok and I haven't had any problems yet.

And to me the pictures you posted look to be drop bracket 6'' lift, but i could be wrong. Definitely 33-35'' tires

Ok I'll start looking around. Yes I didn't want to be bigger than 33 I don't think. And the smaller the wheel and fatter the rubber the better imo. Most people down here in Florida run huge wheels and low profile tires. I'm looking for more of the desert setup.
