I need to replace the fog light in my 2005 but can't seem to get the main bolt out. It looks to be just a phillips head but when i turn it, nothing seems to happen. Has anyone removed the pod before and could help me?

If im not mistaken you need to undo a clip on top and fold the flap out of the way and take everything out. That bolt is for aiming. I have done it once and the bumper was off the truck and its been a while
