    Since the oil cooler is not factory I have to come up with some creative plumbing. A simple 90* molded heater hose should work for the 'upper' hose, but the 'lower' hose will probably be 2 molded hoses spliced together.

    I can tell you half inch heater hose isn't gonna stretch, even with a heat gun.
    The local parts stor doesn't have it? You might be able to go a size bigger and double clamp it

    Nope, they don't seem to make an in between size. It's a debacle..
    1/2" = 12.7mm
    Pipe size = 14.1mm
    5/8" = 15.8mm
