I'm looking for suggestions, or a you tube vid, on how to go about this. I made a frame, to support a roof rack(spanning the truck bed) for extra luggage, kayak rack, bike rack, etc. BUT found out after the fact, there is about a 1/2 "space" between the plastic bedrail cap and the metal bed side. How do I go about removing the bed caps(without tearing them up, installing my spacers, and reinstalling. Just looking for a plan of action, before I start this project. Thanks

I also have questions about removing plastic bedrail tops. Any pics of this?
