Just wanting to say hi to everyone, this site has been helpful and full of information that has gotten me through some small stuff in my truck. I blew the engine in my jetta tdi back in November and needed a new vehicle, I was going to buy a third gen but the wait list was too long and my buddy found me a sweet deal on a 07 DCLB trd sport 4x4 with 90,000 km (55k miles I think) for such a good deal it was impossible to say no too! I've thrown a toytec 3' lift in it and some 265/70/17 k02's and just have enjoyed the truck for the last 2 months. anyways looking forward to posting and getting out wheeling and being a contributing member here

    Cheers!

to be honest I do want to change the front bumper to a arb or equivalent winch bumper, I also would like to do some lighting upgrades, invest in some recovery gear, onboard air setup and look into a roof top tent (I have a canopy for it with racks). My goal with this is just to cruise FSR's, explore the little side trails and just find cool camping spots to start enjoying!
