This is the deal of a lifetime guys. This very special Dodge Challenger is only at 90,000 miles and comes with an awesome V6 engine. There are some minor dings and it's been taken off-road a little bit, but it's almost brand new. Come get this baby out of the Mojave River Wash while you still can!

According to the GPS data from my camera the car is at N035 05' 23" W116 07' 43".

On a serious note, I'm e-mailing the Barstow BLM Office about this because I'm not certain who else to tell. According to some people who were camping nearby it has been there since at least November. What do you guys think of this?

Stolen car that got left after taking the wheels. Flash flood moved it to where it is currently at. Someone ripped the grill apart to pop the hood hoping it was a Hemi (they would have taken the motor if it was).

10 bucks says it was stolen and abandoned.

I had a buddy who owned a classic Celica parked in front of his house. One day he got a call from the county sheriff at 5 in the morning asking if he owned a '79 Celica, sheriff asked if he knew where it was and then he said "Yes, it's parked in front of my house". Sheriff said "check again".

Turns out it was stolen and abandoned in front of a canyon with ALL the body panels stolen. EVERYTHING. He went to go check it out and the scene was almost comical. It was missing everything on the body. The doors, fenders, quarter panels, grille, both bumpers, and hood. It looked like a go-cart. What's even crazier is the damn thing was left RUNNING and the headlights on. The sheriff was like "so are you driving it home?".

Looks like they stole the panels and doors to sell for cash and planned to push it off the road into the canyon, but for some reason left at the last minute for god knows what reason.

The funny thing is it worked perfectly fine. It just didn't have any body panels. Insurance completely paid him off for it. Before they towed it away he asked if he could take some parts off it, he still has the steering wheel and cylinder head hanging in his garage 20 years later.

Actually, lets get a couple guys to tow it back to the dealer it was stolen from, see what they will offer for us for trade-in.
