I might be buying a bigger trailer this week or next tho. Brothers deciding on a 4x4 quad now instead of a sport quad. Used to just put his front tires on my tool box in the bed
With the 3 feet of bed I have from having a box in there

@cynicalrider considering 2 kits. Either power stop kit from summitracing or Napa calipers with ebc rotors and pads

Summit racing beats Amazon with the power stop kit. Cheapest I found with the $80 core refund. With the ebc brakes it's definitely expensive, but I'm sure it will make a difference. The key is to find brake pads that when pressed the entire surface is on the rotors. So far I found the toyota oem and the ebc with this characteristics.

I will need brakes in the spring. I was just going to replace with the same as what the OP put. But I figured out they used EBC Yellowstuff towing brakes and Drilled and slotted rotors. Over $300 for the front!

Yea they are pricey, but us 1st gen owners need it. Specially with bigger tires. I think the 2nd gens have stronger brakes.

Not bad but where are you going to get tundy cores? Can't send them your taco cores. :p

It's different for second gen's than what we are discussing. We literally put Tundra calipers and rotors on our 1st gen tacomas.

    Yea of course.

It's 4x8 if you were wondering 4 tie down points on each side. Little custom jobber, old jet ski trailer.

What portable heater do you guys recommend I get for my garage? I'm tired of working in the cold.
I have a parabolic reflector heater, but it just doesn't cut it.

I have a "torpedo" heater and run it off 100# tanks. I can give you the datails on it later.

That's an expensive setup. I just went with Wagner OEX pads and Centric solid rotors. Best setup I've had. I had EBC on my xterra. I saw no real benefit other than looks.

That'd be perfect. Enough room to keep the two bumpers separate, so not a lot of protective wrapping required.
And low to the ground too. Bringing those heavy bumpers down from a lifted bedside was going to be painful.
    Thanks again.
