    I did this with my recently imported camper trailer. They told me container number and the name of the ship and I bought a one month subscription on marine tracker and spent the month geeking out on the ships pace across the pacific.

    No. Making sausage isn't pretty.

    @ABA180 if it sank we would have a claim against the shipping line who would be held responsible... that would really suck though because that would take at least 6 maybe 12 months.. and if it was force majeure it would really really suck because they would prob not make good 100% on the lost product and try and "settle" aka "someone not being made whole"

    @G.T. you paid for the service with marine tracker!? I use vessel finder and it is free https://www.vesselfinder.com/ but I will look into marine tracker also might be worth it for work here.

    I paid the premium so I could see the ship the entire route as the free services only showed vessels within a certain distance of coastlines and obviously while in ports. There are business grade subscriptions which allow you to constantly monitor entire fleets but I never went that far so I don't know the ;limitations or the costs.

    After allot of research I found that Kimberley in Australia makes their Platinum Kamper model with everything we wanted and after subtraction of the VAT and exchanging the currency it was in line with what State side premium off-road trailers cost and the wait was actually shorter.

    Drifta has made a name for himself with smart and very functional kit. His kitchens are a very caught after addition and he actually used to have a US distributor in the P.N.W. Another brand that we seriously looked at but opted against as we wanted more awning floorspace was the Track Trailers TVan. Brilliant design with a very solid reputation for being rock solid. If it were just the two of us then I honestly think we would have ended up with the TVan.
