This is pretty cool. Was gonna buy some on your website. There was a selection to include OEM plugs. Would this essentially make it a plug and play? Just remove current housing and this will drop in?

I second this question. Please explain what the OEM plugs are! Thanks :) :)

Exactly what you are thinking. This will allow them to be plugged in to your OEM fog light switch. Making it's easier on your guys part.

Mohave madman has a thread about the Apex mounting plates in the 3rd gen section.

This question might be better directed at him, but he hasn't posted his findings yet over there: will these fit in the panel areas on the 3rd gen SR / non fog light trucks?

Also... what sort of wiring options come with the LED pods? I didn't really see what the basic pod comes with when I looked through your site. Does a basic 3x2 pod include any wiring, switches, connectors, relay, etc., or is it all kind of an a-la carte deal?

As of right now I don't know either, we are just waiting on him too, but for the pods that come with this you have the option for an OEM plug to plug into your fog lights.

    Understood on the mounts.

If you don't have OEM foglights, what connections, if any, do the pods come with? Just a pigtail to which we add out own relay, wiring, and switch?

The pods come with a wire with a plug on it. Our wiring harness harnesses will plug right into them

    Where you want to be
I'm interested, but do have a question. What's the significant difference between:

    3x2 18W
    2x2 20W

? I live in wine country of Missouri (close to the river) so needless to say it gets very dark on the back roads with all kinds of furry animals. What light would best fit my case?

OK, I looked deeper on your site, I see now there is a stand alone harness / relay with various plug options for the lights. Got it.

Let me ask you this, since it is still undetermined if the mounting kit will fit non-fog light equipped SR models, would you be willing to honor the pre-sale prices after January 16 for owners of those trucks, once fitment is confirmed?

    Hello,
Thank you for your interest in Cali Raised LED. The 3x2 18W Pod features (6) 3W Cree LEDS. The 2x2 20W Pod has (4) 5W Osram LEDS. The 3x2 has a standard 2D optic where the 2x2 has the 4D Hyperspot. If your looking for more overall coverage I would go for the 3x2 18W. If your looking for more distance with less side to side then I would go with the 2x2 20W.

I will have to see what we can do. I know we will be getting fitment any day which will allow more than a week for people to buy them to still get the Pre-Sale price.
