Custom Emblems by Metalmiller

Really sad to see it's come to this.

I ordered an emblem from Jeff back in March '12, took 12 weeks and the communication wasn't stellar but I received my order. Emblem was quality, been on my taco for nearly 3 years and it's one of my fav mods (one of those silly things that makes my truck mine). But one of the most important pieces of customer service is communication and setting realistic expectations. Sigh, just really bummed out... hope you guys are able to get resolution on this.

 

Yes I know about communication. I received my emblem but received wrong backplate. Then finally about a week later he sent me a backplate that was the right color but wrong size for my truck now for 2 weekshe won't respond to my messages. Good product but terrible communication and customer service. If you r going to sell something customer service should be a main focus in my opinion.

 

So I guess I can ask you the same question I've asked others I'm looking for the typical black outer ring of the toyota symbol with the monster energy symbol in the middle in bright green is there any way to make this happen?

 

Yea after I posted fb at I started reading the thread more and looks like he does good work but has a bad rep as far as getting product out and communication goes and I'm huge on both if anybody has suggestions on where I can get that done I'm open to ideas

 

The vendor with the good rep is: Andres! From all accounts the guy is awesome and so is his work!!! I also believe that www.emblemart.com is A#1! Good luck with ANY other vendor!!! DO NOT, (i repeat) DO NOT go down this road if you work hard for your money and expect to get whqt you pay for?! Take care friends!!!

We are going with a bit of a different approach from now on. We have been building some inventory over the last few months which is now listed on the Ebay store. These are items that are ready to ship out. No long turn arounds, these will ship out in 1 to 2 business days via USPS Priority. We are opening it up for the next week to see how it works out. I have a good bit of bare emblems that I'll add to the listing over the week. The bare emblems come with an uncoated backplate and are offered at a discount.

Just to give an update on the emblem and side badges I purchased years ago. I DID finally receive them as well as the correct color backplate for the front emblem. So he did finally come through.

 

Better late then never. Would have been nice to see OP do a public apology after so many members appeared to have waited (years) for their stuff to arrive.
