If you want to mess with NFC tags and something techy you could always get a tag and program it to toggle the settings of your bluetooth ON/OFF. Then stash it in the cab somewhere it would be easy to wave the phone by.....that is if the manual effort is to annoying.

I specifically purchased the 3d-printed coin holder sold by another TW member just so that I had a good place to put my NFC tag sticker for turning on bt and disabling wireless on first tap then disabling bt/enabling wireless on second tap. I love it!
