If you've owned other trucks list what you've owned and for how long. My other was a 94 Ranger 2wd. Owned it for 21 years.

First truck was a 1997... Tacoma. 5 Speed. Had it when I was in the Air Force. When I got out and moved to Colorado, it was promptly stolen and wrecked.

Last truck I had was a 2013 Tundra Crew Max Limited Rock Warrior (say that 10x fast). Had it for a couple years, but realized I just didn't need THAT MUCH truck. Traded it in and got a 2015 Land Cruiser, which I assume will outlive me.

Excited to finally get my 2017 Tacoma to do some more truck stuff.

Pants are overrated. Every available opportunity to bare ass or wear shorts should be taken with extreme prejudice.

Did you have only the Land cruiser and no truck for awhile? Reason I started this thread was that I had a brief time when my Ranger was broken down and I felt lost without having a truck bed to haul stuff in. Made me realize that I will never be without a truck again if at all possible.

Do you need to know, or care?
85 GMC Sierra, 94 Nissan Pathfinder, 97 Jeep TJ Sport, 01 Dodge Dakota, 08 Ford Ranger, 13 Taco LTD, and now this.

Dodge, definitely the biggest piece of crap. Most fun was the TJ. Most reliable is a split between the Taco and Ranger, both never in the shop for any warranty work, although I had the Ranger longer with more miles.

I'm not counting my jeep as a truck because it's not.

I've been without a truck for about 2 years now, and it has sucked. I hate having to borrow someone's truck or figure out another way to move big and/or nasty stuff. The LC is too darned nice to put a lawnmower or snowblower in the back of, much less mulch, or gas tanks...

I thought about defining what I thought a truck was but am opposed to pedantic semantics. I figured we'd sort it out as it went along. Nice Jeep.

Same here. My Ranger had a blown up rear end and I needed to haul one. Offered a guy who had one listed on CL $20 more than his asking price to deliver it.

Thanks man. The truck is slowly catching up with amount of deer the jeep has carried.
