Spent over an hour waiting for completion thinking this will be a perfect day to test the fix, we have a nice cross wind in Northern Indiana. Well they finally told me the kit was the wrong one and would order another! Promised to open and check it before they call. To be continued..

My upstairs neighbours got themselves a yorkie-looking "dog." This little shit starts howling any time they leave the apartment, only taking breaks for air. The other day it howled from 4:30am until 5am, waking and keeping me up. Check your truck for one of these on the undercarriage.

Twice (Howling and "howeling", but unrelated to the rear) in a new week. The new year and new moon must be allowing this to happen...

Could be the weather stripping, the LCAs or your rear differential. :anonymous:

Could also be the driver side rear view mirror.... depends on the wind speed and direction and the volume of the radio....

The volume of the radio seems to really be key in my case. AS soon as I turn up the radio, I cant hear anything else .... well the exhaust is still there but that's it.

Turn it up.... and ..... problem solved. Thank me later!

Pop-n-lock tailgate. New radio knobs. Rear step.
Sucks to spend an hour waiting and get nothing for it. Duct tape with a little drain hole punched through has worked well for me, but I hate going to the dealership.

Prospective 3rd gen folks should really evaluate the amenities of the service department before purchasing. :D
