I've always thought about making something for mine but as is I rub tons on the inner fenders and a tad on the cab, I don't even want to think about next month when I'm jumping to 35s. I need to limit my up travel more and probably add more compression to avoid bottoming out so much. For the bedsides is where I probably wouldn't mind something, already got sand inside the tail lights.

If you have super bumps up front you can use a 3" hole saw to cut out a couple thicknesses of this with a 3" hole saw:

    https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00J...1_3?colid=344QVQDFMEJ4J&coliid=I3HUE3PRXE5QIZ

And then use a M10x1.25x60 Allen bolt to screw it into the frame. LTDSC used this to keep his 35's off of his fenders.

I am actually already running the super bumps with the 3/8" spacer , adding a larger spacer is exactly how I was thinking on trying to get it away with the 35's.

Are you actually out of shock at bump, or do you just not want to pound out the upper fender well to make room?

Yeah, I seen a photo of that actually. Definitely want to do something a bit cleaner.

Nice man, thanks for that. That's basically what I had exactly in mind with those clip nuts. Maybe I'll just make something that covers the airbox hole and the rest of the exposed sheet metal so that I avoid drilling more holes in my fenders.

I would probably need to cut out the fender well to make room, since I am 4x4 I don't get the added room from lift spindles. If I had waited about 6 months I could of gotten the LSK kit instead which fits 35's but at the time it wasn't even announced yet.

Currently the tires have self cleared and I had to cut the pinch weld out and re-weld the seam already. This is with 33" BFG A/T's, with the 35" Toyo M/T's I know the rubbing will be worse and don't want to trash the tires again by rubbing on the metal.

Question for you LT race truck guys running fuel cells. Do you remove all of the smog/ evap system when doing so, and how did you do it? Mine keeps throwing codes and occasionally rough idling and I'm fairly confident it is because the purge valve is going bad. I'd rather rip the whole system out than try to find the problem and fix it.

I have ABS ones. Just tabs welded on the inside and the outside sits on the lip of the fiberglass.

Nice, that's super clean. Any problems with the Abs liner not being secured directly to the fiberglass lip?

As far as getting that ABS plastic, do you think a standard hardware store like lowes or Homedepot might have something like that?

I'm not sure what you can get from the hardware store but mine came from Grainger. I think it's 1/8th sheet but don't remember for sure anymore.

Right on. Gonna stop by the local hardware store and see if I can find anything like that. I appreciate the advice.

Up travel is your friend. Take a big fucking hammer and a cutoff wheel to it and run it.
