I can't believe the language of some of the young women now days. They are as bad or worse than some of the guys. Not just the language but subject matter as well.

Sure hope you get some rest tonight and the pain goes away. Being in the office today is hurting me now and have to go back in tomorrow. I'm cringing just from the thought of it. Hope your day is better tomorrow, and your night!

I haven't had a good night's sleep in years but I do get an occasional nap.
Had one thus evening. incline took weight off back and I let some air out of mattress.
