Does anyone know if the doors are interchangable thru all the 1st gen years? Or do they only correspond with their years, 95-97, 98-00, and 01-04. I am assuming the latter but I am not sure

Double, extended, and regular cab doors are interchangeable from 95.5-04.

Yep, provided you're replacing existing style with the same. If you're adding an option like power or heated mirrors, you will likely need the corresponding harness. Same goes with speakers.
