    I have a 2012 2.7 4cyl Access Cab with a 5sp manual. with only 28,000 miles on it.

about 75% of the time when I release the Clutch and start accelerating it makes a loud squealing noise. it almost sounds like dry metal rubbing together. I had Toyota look at it and they couldn't find anything wrong with it. more recently its been making the same noise at speed when shifting into 2nd. I would hit the clutch, shift, then hit the accelerator and it would make the squeal. its been getting louder too.

every time I take it to the dealer they cant replicate the noise. finally I talking them into letting me take a tech for ride and I was able to replicate the noise before we even left the dealer lot. Tech said it could be "my driving style", and wouldn't look at it any more. I have an extended warranty through Toyota, and its still covered till March 2018.
