What do you think about living in a tiny house and have you ever considered living like that?

If I were still a lifty I'd be super stoked to live in one.

Houses are easily around 200k-300k here and don't want a 30 year mortgage on a 30-40 year old house. I don't need 2k-3k Sq ft house but I would like a 3 bedroom 2 bath 2 car garage house around 1200 to 1500 Sq ft. I have lived in a 900 Sq ft 2 bedroom house and it was ok. Pay less property tax.

 

I saw that posted earlier today. For a ski house it would be great since I'd rarely be in it other than sleeping. I wonder what they are charging the workers though (it won't let me read it)

 

$600 per person...So if it's a couple or roommate situation, $1200. Fully furnished, utilities included. It's a mile to walk to the grocery store, a little less to the closest bar/restaurant. bus stop is even closer. Great if you're just here for the season.

 

Dude I would love to spend a night in those tubes hotel in Japan just to experience it. I bet it would be fun.
