Now I'm torn. Should I use this as leverage to negotiate? Or just look the other way on this truck completely.

it's been on the road 5 years and 60K miles since the accident.. i certainly wouldn't pay book for it, bu it wouldn't kick it out of bed either. I'd defiantly want to see it in person and check out the accident damage. Could be nothing. Could be something. I also wouldn't touch it before checking the frame for 10mm holes. There was no notes on the service logs about it being replaced or sprayed.

The picture showing the drivers side of the Tacoma, is it me or does the driver's side door look a darker color than the back of the truck?? Could that have been involved in the accident too?

Front driver fender/door definitely look darker, But if this is the specific truck op is looking for, and it was repaired well, I wouldn't hesitate to make an offer. Would be some good leverage to use in the negotiations. If op isn't familiar with what to look for, ask if you can get an independent shop to inspect it.

About a year and a half ago, I bought a white ACSB. I really liked the truck, so much I sold it because my favorite model was the Speedway blue DCSB TRD. I've been looking for one since in my "area" and this is the closest one I've found.

But with that said, just because this is the exact truck I'm looking for, I don't want to make a decision I'll regret.

If this is the truck you want, then I would follow this advice.
