    I have a 04 tacoma was wondering if anyone knows how i can get higher gearing in 1st and 2nd gear or if i can swap out the trans to something qith higher gears any info or advice is much appreciated

    Defrost mirrors, compass/temp display rear view mirror, rear wiper on camper shell, trans.cooler.
    Do you mean taller gears with more teeth ? If you go taller gearing you'll be lugging the engine when starting out...especially on hills.
    What is your goal ?

    A few OE parts from fancy trucks
    That gets fairly complex and expensive, even if there is an option to do so.

    It's much easier (albeit may still not be cheap) to swap the rear gearset for a higher numeric gear.

    Do you have some kind of jumbo rubber on the truck? That results in an effective gear lowering.

    It's completely stock two wheel drive with stock wheels and tires truck runs amazing first gear just seems really low to me but then again im new to owning a toyota

    Maybe an extra set of smaller wheels to put on for racing ? Keep the stock wheels for economy.
