+1 asshole point for not being in the lines
-1 for being the provider of food
    +1 for being a Chevy
    Total asshole points = 1

Driver is in fact, and asshole.

Not a roach coach, its a pickup with an open tool box. But to answer the question, as I am a senior project superintendent on large projects, no the asshole parking rule does not apply.

I'll sneak a pic of my roach coach girl and post it, you guys tell me if I will EVER bitch about her parking.

    Depends on the project.
If the parking is not open to the general public (new construction), then by all means, yes you can be a dick.
If this parking is open for all to use then you better be keeping it between the lines.

Agreed, I dont build any buildings that arent new though, so all my projects are closed off to the public.

I am a parking nazi on my sites though.

I enjoy watching the videos and seeing pictures of fire crews busting out car windows and running hoses through cars that are parked infront of hydrants.

How would the customers get to the side of the truck if the truck space is limited to only one space?
I vote roach coach has exception rule apply.

If, and this is a big if, the building is NOT even finished yet, AND the parking lot is NOT being used on a regular basis, would that be an extenuating circumstance for line splitting and not getting called an asshole? Just playing Devil's advocate here...
