I have a 95 Tacoma with 2.7 and 5 speed. Headlights working fine one day and the next day the brights nor the dims come on. The little blue high beam indicator light in the dash comes on real dim when I rotate the light switch on wether they are on bright or dims. Also when I pull the stock to flash the brights all four lights come on and there is an odd whining sound until I let go of the switch stock. Any ideas about where to start looking to repair?

Sounds like the headlight relay has failed. I am not sure where it is on a 95....but on a 04 it is in the main fuse box under the hood on the driver side.
