It was great when the kids were small, we would let them climb up on the roof and watch the fireworks. After 22 years, I AM OVER IT! Disney controls the city of Anaheim.

Not sure what FIFY is please enlighten.
I don't live there but used to be a reserve FF for Santa Ana, so we would get intel from Anaheim's FF's. They just strongarm the city council, create fear in the citizens.

FIFY- Fixed It For You. The art and science of taking an original quote and modifying it to make a statement to enhance or change it, but often with the same intent.

Actually Kevin used to call it that back in the 70's and grew up there. His dad laid a lot of the brickwork at Disney and did well. They had a cabin at Big Bear, etc. But couldn't stand the place in general. I used to run with him quite a bit when I was stationed in San Diego. When we ended up in Washington State he asked me to help learn how to hunt and fish. He loved it there so much he ended up living there and is still there today.

Cypher-Part of what I do is a "end of life" study. This is a neurological test to determine if someone is brain dead. It truly is the hardest thing I do, especially on a baby. Even though it is based on hard science, the parents/family can't cope and feel they need to blame someone-I will be not that someone.

    Thanks Mike
Yeah I get it, nine more and I can retire. Wife and I are just starting to consider where we want to go if anywhere. Can't beat the good things about this place, and can't run far enough from the bad.

And that is true, very true. With all the shooting I do and have done over the years I still don't have my CCW. All my pistols that I am familiar with, and very familiar with, are target guns.

I'm old school despite having shot 45 and 9mm autos in the military for 20 years even qualifying for Expert with them. But still prefer wheel guns. None of which make a good CCW. So keep making excuses not to get it. But really should even here where I live. And would give me an excuse to get another gun but I would want to become very familiar with it and shoot the hell out of it before I even thought of getting a CCW.
