    Yes. I think if the lot is not open to the public and the violator is there in direct service to those who are authorized to be there, a pass is duly granted.

    Where's the pic of the chick that drives the food truck someone posted about? That should have some bearing on all this.........that and the logical stance of it being OK in construction site parking in middle so people have room to get up to the truck to get stuff.

    The Dodge isn't even a big truck. I could see it if he were in an F-350 crew cab with an 8 foot bed, the dilemma there is either stick out in the spot behind or block the flow of traffic in front.
