Nice setup. Do you know if its possible to tap into the high beam switch so the light bar comes on with the high beams?

Do you think a bolt and a nut would work? I'm guessing you would need to go all the way trough the aluminum but I'd imagine that would be the most secure.

Hopefully you don't run those fogs in traffic seeing how they throw much more light up past the the headlight cut offs.

I'm trying to figure out how the heck you got the light bar in there!! I took the two plastic pieces that need to be trimmed off and still can't get the bar to fit in there. Also how did you get a drill in there to drill them in? Can't seem to get straight above where I need to drill! Didn't realize this would be so difficult :/

I bought one of those coil bits that let's you predrill at different angles and such. Worked out pretty good. It was this - http://m.homedepot.com/p/Ryobi-11-in-Flexible-Shaft-Bit-Holder-A10FB1G/205193137

I removed the plastic shield panels all together first, got the light bar mounted and then cut away what I needed with a jigsaw and reinstalled them.

And yes I would imagine mounting a bolt all the way through the aluminum support would be much stronger but I believe there are wires and general important things running through there. That's why I didn't use a crazy long bolt.

Thing is still holding up fine!!

Of course I do. The LEDs aren't bright enough on their own. I run them full time and have been flashed 2 times in a year. I click them off as a courtesy when I pull up behind low vehicles in traffic and drive thru's and such.
