C for days... Seriously best way to start the weekend after my early AM walk with the dogs.

Shit, sometimes on the walk with a fat dutch cone.

Boss was on vacation all last week. He's back now and I've been on a non-stop call since 8am. No breaks, no lunch, nothing. And we'll be on until 6 and then after that I need to go build classes to test with. Which takes 2-3 hours.

ugh... at least you have a mute feature.

We have companies coming in this week to check out our capabilities. I have to give tours and showcase what we do (the machine shop/protoyping area anyways). Today was the first one. I hate public speaking and trying to prep for a tour.

some decent names in.. Friday Google is here.

Fuck yeah man. I've tested the shit out of mine and still have nothing bad to say. They are getting a touch louder as they wear down but that's the least of my concerns.

Has the issues been brought up to the boss? Most agencies want to see some attempt to fix the problem internally before filing any complaints.

He is the boss. The only person I could go above him wouldn't give 2 shits if we spend 1hr or 9hrs on the phone every day.

Has it been addressed with him directly? If it comes down to potential legal action against him/the company or getting fired he will hopefully listen, if he doesn't then at least you gave him fair warning. Throwing a boss/company to the wolves without giving them a chance to fix the problem is a good way to make people angry and they will probably find/create a reason to get rid of you.
