I was just poking around in Arches last weekend, there was about 4-6 inches of snow. It was pretty cold for Moab area.
Drove through Zions in the middle of the prior week, scattered snow here and there. No crowds, this is a great time to visit if you don't mind the cold.
If you're stopping at every one, I imagine you'll miss the chance to really spend much time, but this time of year they are all pretty quiet. Some of the smaller surrounding towns have a lot of their "tourist" businesses closed up for the season, so if you're planning on sleeping in Motels / Hotels, don't assume every one is open.
This season has been wild in terms of weather, cold as hell one minute then blowing warm and melting the next, so if you're getting off-road be prepared for a mix of conditions.
Anything else you have specific questions on?

Thanks for the tips, I was just asking anything in general so that helps.

Our plan (coming from Reno) is to go to Death Valley -to- Prescott for two days (a old buddy lives there and is a pilot, he's going to fly us over the Grand Canyon)
From Prescott -to- Arches -to- canyon lands -to- capitol reef -to- Bryce Canyon-to- Zion -to- Great Basin then home.
I will be sleeping in my camper shell so hotels aren't a problem, and all necessary equipment and food/ etc.

I've slept in my camper in well below freezing temps and was comfortable so we'll be alright.

But your info is helpful! We'll probably be smart and not chance anything off-road wise. If we like somewhere more than others than we'll stay longer and if not then we'll go to the next.
I wish had more time to spend at each one and actually back pack and mountain bike. But this will give a good idea to which one I would go back to!
Plus I have one of those national parks passports that I'm filling in with stamps, and I collect a patch from everyone (you can see what I have so far in my build thread) but that means it's important to reach each one. Plus I'll mostly want to be at each one for sunrise/ sunset (and some night photos if it's not over cast, even though there will be moonlight pollution) but that's best shooting light! Haha
