A little write up on how I mounted my ARB 1250 awning to my Prinsu cabrack.
Started off by getting the hardware. You can buy it from lowes or Home Depot. I bought :
    (6) 1/4 x 5/8 x 1/2 stainless steel bushings
    (6) m6 1.0 x 40 bolts
    (6) m6 locking nuts
    (6) washers left over from my rack.
Here is where I mounted the bolts, 4 bolts in the top slots (circled in green) and 1 in each lower slot (circled in red).

Then put the awning up to the rack, put all the bolts in the correct slots, and mounted it up. Sits at a perfect height, and doesn't interfere with the doors what so ever. Only thing I could of done better was to remove the cross bars that were over the lower bolts as they were in the way and could of made it easier to get them on. Hope this helps! Now for some pictures.

Overall, I really like the awning it self. Assembles in minutes with 2 people, little hard by yourself. Fabric is nice and the cover it sits in is very nice as well.

I was debating on getting the 2000 series awning but the 1250 looks perfect and it was cheaper.

How do these awnings hold up to rain? Are they functional for more than just sun?

I'm not sure as I haven't tested it in the rain. Pretty durable material so I would assume that it would hold up to rain pretty well.

Love it, Zach's stuff is top notch. Ask anyone here and they will all tell you they love their rack. A lot of stuff can be made to fit on top, and customized how you want it.

Great rack! customer service is a little lacking but understand it is a side thing for him, so just have to have patiences. Well worth it in the long run in my opinion.

Does the awning sit above to the top edge of the PrInSu rack? I ask because I have a hardshell RTT the extends over the side of the PrInSu rack and wonder if this would fit.

No it didn’t. You must have a big tent lol I just put my mounting hardware in the top slot of the awning and it sat flush with the top of my rack

nice! on a side note I notice on your build thread you didn't use baja design rear flush mount lights and went with rigids on your rear bumper. was it a exact fit? did you do any modifications?

All I had to do was drill new mounting holes. So 2 holes per light.

Surely this isn't the only Taco with a 4' ARB awning on here, right? I'm planning to mount one on my cabrac.
