What Have You Done To Your 3rd Gen Today?

Anybody willing to trade there pro grill for my trex zroadz with light bar and switch light bar is tinted but tint can be removed

 

Had to drag this piece of shi7 around today. This guy wasn't a fan of my photo taking.

 

Mounted my 2500 arb awning to my cabrack. It's a bit big, but I paid 250$ for the awning and room from a retired couple locally who used it twice to while traveling. Was originally going to purchase a 2000 but couldn't pass up the deal. Was hesitant because of the size and how much it sticks out past my cab, but we will be using the arb room attachtment as our sleeping quarters because I can't get my 100lb lab up in a rtt and the size of this thing open outweighs the lengthy look. Lol

 

Installed the Morimotto XB LED's and Elite 50W HID H11B Kit with 6500k bulbs. The higher kelvin bulb driven with 50W should look like a 5000k bulb with a 30/35W ballast - or at least that is my understanding. Light output is great from the fogs and low-beams.

I feel like the slight dusk setting makes the lights look whiter than they actually are.


After:


No jiggle that I can see in the low beams, but I haven't logged much more than a trip around the neighborhood with them. High quality product from TRS and Morimoto. Easy install too, more time in making the wiring look neat than anything else.

Installed a couple FrontRunner single Jerry Can holders on top of the Truckcoversusa tonneau roll cover.

 

I think the sizing looks great. Money for another project...in the bank!

Yup. Lol. The 2500 open is 8x8 which is plenty of room for my fiancé, the dog and myself to sleep.

No water please..lol..but we are in an emergency area. A bit much all at once. Roofs are getting stressed. Layers of freezing rain in there too. National Guard and inmates going around helping with clearing snow off Roofs and emergency access.

Finally installed a set of Icons. Best investment ever! The truck finally rides like a truck. Factory TRD OR shocks with 2" spacer will be for sale here just as soon as I reach 50 posts

Hey guys I don't usually post much but I figured I'd throw up some pictures of my taco with a non traditional wheel setup. They're 17" from an FJ that I had painted to match the quicksand on the truck as well as a set of 265/70/R17 Falken Wildpeaks . May not be everyone's style but I dig it

 

I parked next to a stock TRD Off Road and I am so glad to have lifted mine.

 

I think it looks good. Makes me wish I got the quicksand instead of BBP.
