With $3k you can do quite a bit, so I'd get everything else together and do all/any needed maintenance, and then read up on mid travel suspension setups.

3 grand will get you a decent midtravel setup.

I went with blocks because i just needed a quick fix for the scrubbing when turning, plus i wont sweat wasting $150 and a couple hours when i upgrade. Now that we're getting somewhere, any specific mid travel setups y'all recommend?

    No.

They'll give you a maximum height of 2.5" of lift (approximately), restore some of your bad angles, perform better, and not be expensive.

Best asked when you're ready to buy and you have a specific budget.

Also, you should read about it not ask about it.

If you got 3k after wheels and tires pick a lift and buy it. Then worry about the odds and ends after you rip open the box.

Are those rear Ranchos extended length? You will need longer shocks to accommodate the height difference with the 2" blocks, otherwise droop will eventually tear apart the shocks. Bilstein 5125's, part# 33-185606, would be the recommeded model for those larger tires and 2" blocks.
