    Hi all,

A few months ago I decided to start a part-time detailing business which means I needed a truck and gave me an excuse to finally get a Taco (at least that's what I told the wife). In Dec I finally had the chance to do some light corrections on the Super White paint and it turned out far better than I expected.

I washed with Chemical Guys citrus wash and clayed using Meguiar's detailer spray and nanoskin fine mitt. I have a griot's garage 6" random orbital DA polisher and I used 3D HD Speed all in one as my correcting step. You can see the before and after in the 50/50 shot with 2 passes. I was really impressed by this AIO (all in one). I finished with 3D HD Poxy and it is holding up well to the NE Ohio winter!

Before HD Speed and HD Poxy:

    After the AIO and Sealant:

Love the truck and looking forward to using it for mobile detailing!

Nice. What pads did you use?

Lake Country Orange flat foam for the HD Speed and LC blue to apply the Poxy. GG DA was set at 5 for correcting.

Have you tried the LC Thin Pro pads yet? Or the Griots Boss pads?
They're next on my list. Both seem to be a home run.

I've heard nothing but great things with the boss pads from griots. I want to try them but I'm going to wait until I destroy these lc pads.

Thanks for the kind words! I'm not a fan of the chrome on the OR version either. I like the contrast of the darker plastics/black trim and the white. I really need to get the exterior windows polished and sealed... that would help with the weather.
