Has anyone out there in TW experienced this trail near Los Lunas NM? Wanting to take Dad on a decent, yet not to extreme ride. Any input appreciated. Thanks!

Being that its named "Jaws of Death", I'd imagine that this is because a lot of vehicles roll upside down, trapping the occupants inside and thus requiring its opposite to recover from, i.e., the "Jaws of Life" https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hydraulic_rescue_tools.

Kind of the opposite of "not too extreme".
