2003 Taco new bumper no license plate holder

Hi. I recently got into an accident where I had to get my front bumper replaced. I noticed the front bumper did not come with a license plate holder like on my previous bumper. I figured it is because I live in Indiana now where they don't require front license plates. I do notice a few dimples on the black bumper where I am guessing I could mount a new holder myself. Where do I find a license plate holder that is compatible? I want to put a vanity plate on it.

 

I've never used the front plate. It's my F.U. to the man........

 

Just screw it right into where the dimples are..
