CAI / Projector Head Light Install= Traction Control/Cruise Control issue

So, I installed my AFE CAI and HID Xenon Headlights last night.

Everything works fine, check engine light is on as expected. Ran the diagnostics and its all from the intake install and can be cleared, no issue there.

Issue is my "Traction Control Off" light is now on with the check engine light and my cruise control doesn't work at all.

Im stumped. Thoughts?
