I have already thought about wiring harness & brackish water problems for the future ! Am looking into evap and air injection today ! I have access to a 2014 crashed truck for parts drive train is gone but wiring and other parts are still on the body ! I may replace exhaust system to one that hasn't been submerged! Thanks for your input !

You got the truck cheap but what you may end up dumping into it over the long haul may end up proving that it would have been less headache to pay the extra for a non-submarine edition taco...

Considering that he has a parts wreck, and the thing wasn't really in any worse conditions than everyone in the north half of the continent experiences for a quarter of the year every year, I don't see how your statement makes any sense.

Probably just need to swap out interior electronics that were submerged and turn the key.

More news ! Checked behind A pillar kick panels and saw A ton of corroding connections ! So having a donor truck I decided to just change the entire wiring harness,evap/secondary air, and complete interior ! The last few days have been kinda labor intensive but the truck is back together ! Finished up this morning ran a code sweep and cleared codes and fired it up ! Took a 40 mile test drive the truck runs great !!! The only problem I can find is a small exhaust leak from a pin hole in the number two cat ! I'm glad the exhaust system from the donor is still intact ! I will be changing that tomorrow but for now I'm gonna take a good long test drive ! Taco gods are smiling on me today ! Keep you posted thanks !
