This'll probably be my only option unless my superior spacial reasoning can figure out a way to cram that thing, brackets and all, behind the corner plastic panel or in the underseat cubby. If I do come up with something, I'll be sure to post it. Doesn't look overly complicated.

I went to high school in Buckley for a year when I lived with my dad. Small world.

Total Chaos mid-travel front. JD Fab SUA rear.
Nope. Haven't touched it since the install. Work has had me really busy, but really all I'd need is some wire loom and zip ties.

I do as a matter of fact. traded in my Tacoma and removed Marv's system and reinstalled the OEM first though. These pics are from when I originally installed the stereo, which was awesome. Loved that setup! I should have taken more pics after the dynamat was installed.

If anyone is interested in my old system, let me know. Everything you need to upgrade your Tacoma except speaker wire (I didn't completely strip the doors out). Unity in front, Mirrus in back, Pioneer 10" sub in Marvs box with an Alpine PDX9 amp. Pioneer AVIC 8200 deck (has Nav, Car Play, Andriod Auto, touchscreen, etc) with Dash kit and iDatalink Maestro ADS-MRR for steering wheel controls, etc. The deck plugs into the ODB2 so I could monitor the truck gauges (mainly tranny temp when towing). 12 gauge kit/fuse, RCA cables, etc... all cut and ready to go. Thinking around $1700. Maybe less, not sure what it's worth after a couple years. Paid closer to 3K. If the box Marv made me would fit in the back, I'd put the whole thing in my new rig. I don't think I have pre-amp outputs though (keeping factory deck) and the box won't fit. Makes sense to at least find a good home for Marvs box w/amp and sub. The Unity crossovers mount nice on it too. And I won't use the deck for sure, the one in my new rig is pretty slick.

Now I have a Dodge and there is no equivalent awesome resource for upgrading the stereo like Marv gave us here :( He's still helping me out though. The guys a magician when it comes to car stereos...
